This matter is before the Clerk of the Court upon the Plaintiff’s motion for service by publication pursuant to T.C.A. Section 21-2-203. Upon review of the affidavit of counsel of record, the motion is granted. Accordingly it is ORDERED that publication under this Order shall be made for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper in Overton County, Tennessee published at least weekly, and that the Defendant be given notice therein that he is hereby required to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint for Divorce filed in this cause on July 24, 2012. Defendant has thirty (30) days from the date of the fourth weekly publication of this Order, November 28, 2012, to respond; and should the Defendant fail to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint for Divorce pursuant to this Order, then he shall be deemed to have received actual notice hereof and default may be taken against him, and the final hearing regarding the divorce shall proceed on January 4, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at the Overton County Courthouse in Livingston, Tennessee. The Clerk of the Court shall also send a copy of this Order to the Defendant’s last known address, 145 Oakhill Circle, Rickman, Tennessee, 38580.
