LAND SALE NOTICE
In obedience to a decree of the Chancery Court at Livingston, Tennessee made at the May 30, 2014 Session, in the above cause, I will on Saturday, August 9, 2014, beginning at 10:01 o’clock a.m. on the premises, sell to the highest and best bidder the property in said decree described as follows:
Lying and being in the 11th Civil District of Overton County Tennessee and is more particularly described as follows:
“BEGINNING at a set stone on the South Side of Nettle Carrier Creek near the old Green Hill School property; thence up the Creek Weswardly 62 2/3 poles to a set stone; thence up the hill Southward 31 3/4 poles to a set stone on the highway; thence across the highway to a set stone 21 poles to the Frank Smith (now Haskell Vaughn) line; thence with said line to the beginning corner, containing about 20 acres, more or less.”
There is however excluded from this description about One Acre across the highway which has heretofore been conveyed to Brady Smith.
The previous and last conveyance being a deed from Odis Robbins and wife, Clarice Robbins to Howard Robbins, Hollis Robbins, Vonda Lawson and Kyle Robbins which is recorded in the Register’s Office of Overton County Tennessee in Warranty Deed Book 232, Page 257.
TERMS OF SALE: 15% Down, the balance to be paid upon confirmation of sale by the Court.
