In this cause, it appearing from the duly filed Complaint for Claim of Abandoned Mineral Interest that there may be other unknown parties having an interest in the mineral estate underlying the surface estate located at 1112 Jamestown Highway, Livingston, Overton County, Tennessee and described as Map 55, Parcel 71.02 as shown of record in Book 289, Page 522 and Book 294, Page 310, Register’s Office of Overton County, Tennessee; and
The last known owner of the mineral estate was John Mark Windle and Perry H. Windle, III; and
The surface estate under which the mineral estate lies is owned by Lowell and Susan Arney the persons filing said Complaint, pursuant to the deeds of record in Book 289, Page 522 and Book 294, Page 310, Register’s Office of Overton County, Tennessee; and
As required by T.C.A. §66-5-108(e)(3), publication of this notice shall be made for three (3) consecutive weeks in the Overton County News, a newspaper of general circulation in Overton County; and
Such mineral estate identified in the Complaint shall lapse in sixty (60) days unless the parties having an interest therein file with the Clerk and Master an answer alleging claim to such mineral estate.
