In this cause, it appearing from the Complaint which is sworn to, that Respondent, DAN JARVIS, SR., is believed to be a resident of the State of Tennessee, however, service has been attempted on the Respondent, but same was returned.

That is further believed that MARY ANNAS is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee. That service was also returned un-served on MARY ANNAS at her last known address.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that said Respondents, DAN JARVIS, SR. and MARY ANNAS file an answer in the Chancery Court of Overton County, at Livingston, Tennessee and with Petitioner’s attorney, Lynda Simmons, whose address is 209 A West Main Street, Livingston, TN 38570 within thirty (30)days of the last day of publication or a judgment of default may be entered and the cause set for hearing for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

This notice will be published in the Overton County News for four (4) successive weeks.
